Owner / admin

Admin, security & integrations

Settings, users, two-factor authentication, sessions, accounting connections, and API tokens.

Settings

Owners and admins use Settings for tenant profile, document numbering, reason codes, and defaults. Change numbering before the trading day, not while invoices are posting.

Owners also have a Reset platform tab: it wipes all business data for the current tenant (orders, stock, catalog, accounting, etc.), keeps logins, and sends you back to Onboarding. Type RESET to confirm — this is not undoable.

Security

Open Security (every staff user can see their own):

  • Two-factor authentication — optional. Enable, scan the QR code with an authenticator app, enter the confirmation code. Store recovery codes offline. You can regenerate codes or disable 2FA with your password.
  • Active sessions — review devices and IPs. Revoke a stolen session or Revoke others after a password change. Session tracking needs the database session driver in production.
Security — optional 2FA and session revoke. Do not share the owner login.

Use a unique password. Do not share owner logins with the warehouse radio.

Integrations

Open Integrations:

  • Connections — accounting packages (for example Xero or Zoho bi-directional sandboxes; export packs for others). Core order-to-cash stays in WholesaleManager; accounting is a downstream ledger.
  • Webhooks — signed outbound events for your own systems.
  • API tokens — versioned REST API. Treat tokens like passwords; rotate if they leak. OpenAPI description is public at /api/openapi.yaml.
  • Data export — packs for backup or accountant import. Restore is an operations task, not a casual undo.
Integrations — accounting connections, webhooks, API tokens, and export packs.

Onboarding again

If a tenant was created empty, run Onboarding once. Do not re-run it as a daily checklist — use Settings and the operational screens instead.
