Customers
Customer portal
Shop at contract prices, track orders and POD, pay invoices, and raise support queries.
Access
Your wholesaler sends an invite link, or gives you a login. Open sign in with the email they invited — the same screen staff use. After invite, set your password on the accept screen.
Home
You will see outstanding balance, credit limit, and available credit, plus open orders. Buttons take you to catalog, order tracking, and invoices.
Shop the catalog
Catalog shows products at your prices (contract / price list), never a public list price. Availability is a guide (in stock, low, out). Favourites, if you have any, sit at the top for repeat lines. Use the left menu (same idea as the staff app) to move between Catalog, Cart, Orders, and Invoices.
Add to cart, then open Cart to change quantities or remove lines. Credit warnings appear here if the order would breach your limit — reduce the cart or contact your rep; placing a second order will not dodge a hold.
Checkout creates a normal sale order in the same pipeline the telesales team uses. You can track it from Orders.
Track orders and delivery
Open an order for status (draft through delivered and invoiced). When a POD exists, you can view the proof of delivery the driver captured.
Invoices and pay
Invoices lists what you owe. Pay online when your wholesaler has enabled card payments. You can also open a shared invoice link from an email if they sent one.
Account and support
Account is your profile and addresses. Support sends a query to the wholesaler — optionally linked to an order or invoice — so it routes to the right team. Check “Your queries” for status instead of sending three emails.
